The goal of the Senior Sales Executive of Dental Service Organizations (DSO) is to achieve maximum sales and customer retention within a predetermined territory by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. You must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with existing DSOs and find, nurture and develop prospective clients throughout the territory as well as establish relationships with partner organizations and distribution companies to further sales activity. Generating business and closing deals is done over the phone and in person. You must collaborate effectively with member service representatives to coordinate the ongoing relationship with member dentists and to resolve customer complaints and problems.
This position works predominantly in our Los Angeles corporate office with up to 30% required travel.
