It's been said that our Sales Team is the best on the West Coast, and we're looking for an ambitious and versatile Account Executive with SaaS sales experience to join that team. Our new Account Executive isn't afraid of a challenge and strives to be a top performer amongst top performers. This is a high-impact role, and the right fit will help reach our aggressive growth expectations while generating new business and growing our sales pipeline. This role takes on the full sales cycle, from prospect to close. Our ideal candidate is a true hunter, is driven to cold call and build their book of business, has a great sense of humor, and isn't afraid of hard work (and the uncapped commissions that come with it).

What you will be doing:

  • Achieve and exceed a monthly individual sales quota by a combination of calling, emailing and making social connections with inbound leads and targeted lists of dental offices
  • Conduct consultative, solution-based online sales demonstrations
  • Be accountable to sales activity and performance requirements
  • Be a disciplined advocate for defined sales processes
  • Be passionately engaged and become a subject matter expert on the dental industry, the competitive landscape, and the markets we serve
  • Ensure data integrity in our CRM

How we know you’re qualified:

  • BA degree preferred
  • 2+ years in an inside sales setting
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas
  • B2B solution sales experience
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM
  • Positive attitude, amazing work ethic, and a belief that your time is the most valuable asset and that you can make a difference
